Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. When your order is shipped, we will send an email to confirm your shipment.

please note some sets, and custom orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process depending on each piece’s specification.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you will have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable.

incorrect address

please be sure to input an updated and correct address for your orders. If your order is sent back to us from an incorrect address, or missing apartment/unit number, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to have your package reshipped.

personal delivery

We will personally deliver your order to you in the Columbus Ohio and close surrounding area’s if requested.
